- Please ensure that a VIN number is included with your order.
- You have researched your replacement parts for accuracy. This includes any upgrades or enhancements from original equipment.
- If there are any questions please email email@example.com with your VIN number.
- You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return accepted items.
- All returns are shipped at the buyer’s expense.
- Please include a copy of your receipt.
- All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15%. (35% If the VIN is not provided)
- Shipping is non - refundable
- No returns on Electrical items.
- No returns on orders missing the VIN number
- Retain your return's tracking number.
- No returns on parts purchased to upgrade or deviate from the original equipment.

· Received at our location within 30 days from the original receipt.
o Example – You receive your order 2-1-2018 we must receive any valid returns by 3-01-2018
· Original undamaged packaging.
· New original, unused, uninstalled parts.
· All hardware is included with the return.
· Received beyond 30 days of your original receipt.
· Damaged, torn, or missing manufacturer labels.
· Packages damaged by applying incorrect tape or excessive tape.
· Packages with writing directly on the box.
· Parts installed or mounted.
· Any electrical item.
· Any order that does not have a VIN number.
· No returns on parts purchased to upgrade or deviate from the original equipment.
· Are returned at the buyer’s expense
· Must be in the original packaging with labels
· Missing part components will void any core credit
· All standard return policies apply to cores
