    * No returns on any electrical item

- *Please ensure that a VIN number is included with your order. 

  • THIS WILL MINIMIZE FRUSTRATION AND FEES. 
  • We validate the part you are ordering is for your vehicle. We cannot validate you chose the correct part (i.e.. Left or Right, Color) 
  • If you are unsure of what you are ordering please email us support@gmpartsstore.com
  • Orders that do not include any vehicle information are an indication that the part number was acquired from another source and was used on our website to order. These orders cannot be returned

- You have researched your replacement parts for accuracy. 

    • This includes any upgrades or enhancements from original equipment. 
    • We are unable to verify fitment or functionality of parts that are not original equipment for your specific vehicle.
  • If there are any questions please email support@gmpartsstore.com with your VIN number and order number if applicable.
  • You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to return accepted items.
  • Please include a copy of your receipt.
  • Shipping is non - refundable
  • Retain your return's tracking number.
  • Returns take 7-14 business days to process after being received.
  • We do not issue refunds in advance. Refunds are issued when items are received.
  • We do not issue refund for items that are not returned

- Accepted Returns

  • Received at our location within 30 days from the receipt of your order.
    • Example – You receive your order 2-1-2023 we must receive any valid returns by 3-01-2023
  • Original undamaged packaging.
  • New original, unused, uninstalled parts.
  • All hardware is included with the return.

- Following Practice will result in no refund no return.

  • * ALL RETURNS THAT DID NOT INCLUDE A VIN, WITH THE ORIGINAL ORDER, WILL BE REJECTED OR ARE INELIGIBLE FOR ANY RETURN AMOUNT. 
  • * PART NUMBERS FROM OTHER SOURCES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.
    • Orders that do not include any vehicle information (YEAR, MAKE, MODEL, OR VIN) are an indication that the part number was acquired from another source and was used to place an order on our website. 
    • When using our website properly it is required, at minimum, for the user to input Year, Make , Model. This information (Year, Make , Model) is carried to the final checkout and to final record of the order.

 - Unacceptable Returns

  • Received beyond 30 days of receiving the order.
  • Packages with writing directly on the box.
  • Damaged, torn, or missing manufacturer labels.
  • Packages damaged by applying incorrect tape or excessive tape.
  • Parts installed or mounted.

- Cores

  • Must be in the original packaging with all original labels intact
  • Missing part components will void any core credit
  • All standard return policies apply to cores
